In witch the which posts a cheery poem of his divising
What the Dead Heart Feels Frozen lake fire shorn, Unto death, frozen-born, Styx supreme, yet forlorn, Icy capsules, hell hath torn. Frozen dreams fire burnt, Heart in ashes, soon learnt, Death takes a ready dream, Blood boils, only steam. Frozen love, gone gray, Night dies, turns into day, Day thrives, yet night ascends, Dead are dreams, love offends. Frozen heart, scarred anew, Like a dagger driven through, Blood that spurts, falls quick, Smell of death, sweet and thick. Frozen lake fire arrives, Burning scars, fire thrives, Yet the heart never thrives, Filled with grief; filled with lies.
